Job Description/Major Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the US Service Manager, the Customer Support Consultant will manage all support activities.  This position will lead and improve Itslearning’s software support process, to maximize user and customer satisfaction across itslearning’s software products.

  • This position will be responsible for US company-wide support
    • Creating knowledge base of best practices
    • Creating an incident management processes
    • Training additional support personnel
  • Troubleshooting (itslearning and integrations)
    • Incidents
    • Owner of process from problem description to verified defects
  • Incident management (including ZenDesk)
  • Support processes
  • Work with Global Support team when needed

  • Ability to master new technology quickly and efficiently
