This position works in the production of heat exchanger fabrication (ASME pressure vessels) from carbon steel, stainless steel & nickel alloys. Heat exchangers are specifically designed & fabricated to customer specifications. Piping and flange connections are included on the heat exchanger. All work is ASME certified & stamped.
You will be responsible for:
# Set-up/operation of the Clemco Blast Booths
# Use/Operation of the Clemco Apollo HP Air Respirator
# Pre Start-up safety checks
# Sandblast external and internal surfaces of units/components/Shells
# Ensure acceptability of cleaned units
# Operation of the conveyer system
Personal profile & qualifications:
Candidates must have experience with sandblasting techniques and procedures.
And have previous expereince with operation of forklift, crane and conveyor system.
All candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Occasional heavy lifting may be required. Must be able to work second shift.
